Did you know DACC has a sustainability farm out on Daisy Lane?

Thanks to the generosity of the landowners, Kristy Herr and Jerry Bartos, we have quite a unique learning opportunity for our students.  This is a “cross pollination” of various disciplines across campus – biology, agriculture, horticulture, green construction culinary art and art.

Thanks to the work of DACC faculty, staff, students and community volunteers, there are now vegetables being harvested.  

The Horticulture department will holding a Free Farmers’ Market for Students showing their student id.  

Wednesdays, starting July 26th, from 11:30 to 12:30 in front of the Horticulture building.
